In Unterengstringen bei Zürich geht bald eine neue Recycling-Sortieranlage

Die Schalung mit der integrierten XT-Ankerstelle – zur einfachen Auswahl von drei Ankermöglichkeiten – lässt einen Frischbetondruck von 100Kilonewton pro Quadratmeter und damit schnelle Betoniervorgänge mit grossen Füllmengen zu.
SCHNELLER MIT UNTERNEHMERVARIANTE
Ausgeschrieben war die Herstellung der Wände ursprünglich mittels Kletterschalung von jeweils circa vier Metern. Die Abteilung Hoch- und Tiefbau der Hächler AG hatte für die Ausführung der freistehenden, 55Zentimeter dicken Wände aber eine Unternehmervariante ausgearbeitet – mit einer ersten Betonage on 13.80Metern Höhe sowie zwei weiteren von jeweils 4.05Metern Höhe – eine Entscheidung, von der alle Beteiligten profitieren sollten.
Die Betonage eines 13.80-Meter-Schritts beinhaltete jeweils rund 75Kubikmeter Beton. Diese Menge wurde gedrittelt eingefüllt: Der erste Betoniervorgang erfolgte morgens um sechs Uhr. Nach einer Wartezeit für das Ansteifen des Betons folgten um elf Uhr der zweite und um 14Uhr der dritte Betoniervorgang.
Um die Schalung und die Ankerstäbe nicht zu überlasten, optimierte das erfahrene Hächler-Team in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lieferanten die Betonrezeptur zugunsten eines schnelleren Abbindens. So wurden die Prozesse massiv beschleunigt und die geforderten acht Monate Bauzeit gewährleistet.
Die Schalung wurde einseitig mithilfe des XT-Konusankerstabs 23 geankert, was ebenfalls den Aufwand vereinfachte und die Arbeit beschleunigte. Darüber hinaus wurden Kosten für den Bauherrn reduziert, da die individuelle Lösung weniger Armierungsstösse und Positionszuschläge beinhaltete.
SCHNELL UND SICHER MIT KLAPPARBEITSBÜHNEN
Mit den beiden weiteren Klettervorgängen von je 4.05Metern wurde die Zielhöhe von 21.90Metern Höhe erreicht. Hier leistete die Klapparbeitsbühne KAB wertvolle Hilfe, um mit geringem Montageaufwand den strengen Schweizer Sicherheitsanforderungen zu entsprechen. Die KAB ist schnell und direkt vom Stapel als Arbeits- und Schutzgerüst einsetzbar. Zusammengeklappt ermöglicht sie platzsparende Lagerung und effizienten
Transport. KAB besteht aus vorgefertigten klappbaren Konsolen, BeLägen und einem klappbaren Geländer.
