Im Verlauf ihrer über 25-jährigen Unternehmenshistorie hat sich die DHG Holding AG zu einer führenden Bau- und Immobiliengruppe im Privatbesitz entwickelt, die bedeutende Immobilienprojekte realisiert und dabei zentrale Teile der Wertschöpfung abdeckt – von der Planung und Finanzierung über den Umbau und Sanierung bis hin zu Facility Services.
Projekt „Joy“ als Meilenstein
Mit dem Erwerb des 3000 Quadratmeter grossen Areals in der Winterthurer Sulzer Allee setzt die Immobiliengruppe einen weiteren vorläufigen Höhepunkt: „Über den Kauf des Areals zusammen mit meinem langjährigen Geschäftspartner Hans Peter Buchschacher freue ich mich besonders. Dieses Projekt ist ein Meilenstein in unserer erfolgreichen Unternehmensgeschichte“, sagt DHG Gründer und Verwaltungsratspräsident Blagoje Antic. Die beiden Investoren haben das Areal über die gemeinsame Beteiligungsgesellschaft Axis Liegenschaft AG erworben.
