IdeFix DWD: Fix und vielseitig

Das Befestigungsmittel IdeFix DWD zeichnet sich durch eine zügige und unkomplizierte Montage aus und sichert so einen schnellen Baufortschritt. (Foto: Sihga GmbH)

Mit dem Befestigungssystem IdeFix DWD der Sihga GmbH lassen sich Brettsperrholz- und Massivholzelemente effizient hintereinander oder über Eck verbinden. Die intelligente Geometrie des Systems – nebst 45 Grad-Verschraubung – gewährleistet hierbei eine effiziente und sichere Abtragung von Schubkräften. Die Montage von Wänden und Decken im Holzbau gelingt so besonders zügig und unkompliziert.

Moderne, mechanische Verbindungen steigern die Effizienz und Sicherheit des Holzbaus. Beispielhaft hierfür steht das Befestigungssystem IdeFix DWD der Sihga GmbH. Das Produkt wurde speziell für die Verbindung von Brettsperrholz- und Massivholzelementen entwickelt. Es kommt sowohl zur Decken- als auch zur Wandmontage zum Einsatz und sorgt für eine schubsteife Verbindung der Holzelemente.

Im Zuge der Montage des Systems müssen zunächst die Vertiefungen in den Holzelementen vorgebohrt werden. Pro Verbinder ist lediglich eine Bohrung mit einem Durchmesser von 40 Millimetern nötig. Bei hintereinander gesetzten Wänden erfolgt die Bohrung mit dem IdeFix Bohrer IB HMB in Verbindung mit der Bohrglocke IBG. Bei Eckstössen kommt nur IdeFix IB HMB zum Einsatz. Die Bohrungen können entweder auf der Baustelle oder bereits werkseitig vorgenommen werden. Um eine sichere Verbindung zu garantieren, sind die Mindestdicken der Holzelemente von 80 Millimetern bei Wand- und Deckenverbindungen sowie von 100 Millimetern bei Eckverbindungen einzuhalten. Im Anschluss an die Bohrung wird der SC 6 beschichtete Allrounder IFK 40 in das Loch eingelassen. Es folgt die 360 Grad-Verschraubung mit den ebenfalls im System enthaltenen Schrauben GoFix HK. Diese werden in einem 45 Grad Winkel in das Holzelement eingeschraubt. Das Eindrehen der SC1 beschichteten Druckkalotte (M16 DIN-Schraube) sichert die Verschraubung und gewährleistet eine gleichmässige Lastverteilung.

Dank der flächenbündigen Konstruktion sind keinerlei weitere Bearbeitungsschritte – wie zum Beispiel eine Anpassung der nachfolgenden Wandschichten – notwendig. Die Berechnung der Bemessungswerte für den individuellen Anwendungsfall übernehmen die Experten bei Sihga.
