Nahezu alle befragten Schweizerinnen und Schweizer sind von einer Wertsteigerung ihrer Immobilie durch eine Balkonverglasung überzeugt. Das hat Gründe.
Massgeschneiderte Balkonverglasungen von Lumon verbessern die Lebensqualität: Lärm, Wind, Kälte und Emissionen werden ausgesperrt, die Bewohner können ihren Aussenbereich nahezu ganzjährig nutzen und gewinnen dadurch einen zusätzlichen

In der Schweiz wurden circa 200 Menschen zwischen 25 und 75 Jahren befragt, die bereits eine Immobilie besitzen oder den Kauf planen. Die Studie gibt darüber Auskunft, wie diese Personen den Wert einer Wohnung mit verglastem Balkon im Vergleich zu einer offenen Lösung bewerten. Die Hälfte der befragten Schweizerinnen und Schweizer gab hier eine Wertsteigerung von fünf bis zehn Prozent an, ein Viertel rechnet mit 11 bis 20 Prozent und jeder Fünfte geht von mehr als 20 Prozent aus. Für Immobilienbesitzer und Bauherrn eröffnen sich damit neue gewinnbringende Möglichkeiten. Denn ob Neubau oder Sanierung: Die Investitionen für eine Balkonverglasung mit den massgeschneiderten Systemen von Lumon sind überschaubar – der Nutzen für alle Beteiligten hoch. Durch den verminderten Sanierungsaufwand von Balkon und Fassade ergibt sich noch ein weiterer finanzieller Vorteil, da die pflegeleichte Verglasung vor Schäden durch Kälte und Nässe schützt. Mieter und Immobilienbesitzer profitieren somit gleichermassen von den hochwertigen Balkonverglasungen, die sich bequem nachrüsten lassen. Die Systeme im dezenten skandinavischen Design werden zudem jeweils massgefertigt, sodass sie mit nahezu jeder Architektur harmonieren.
