Die Gemeinde Küsnacht (ZH) plant den oberen Teil des Schiedhaldensteigs auf sehr engem und steilem Verkehrsraum zu sanieren und die Kanalisationsleitungen zu ersetzen. Zudem werden gleichzeitig die bestehenden Gas-, Wasser- und Elektroleitungen der Werke am Zürichsee AG erneuert. STRABAG AG hat den Zuschlag für die TU-Submission erhalten und führt Strassenbau-, Werkleitungs- und Kanalisationsarbeiten aus. Der Baustart ist für Ende August 2021 vorgesehen, die Fertigstellung erfolgt ca. im Oktober 2022.
Das Besondere: STRABAG ist für die Ausführungsplanung, Bauleitung und Realisierung gleichermassen verantwortlich. Projektierung und Realisierung erfolgen mittels Building Information Modelling (BIM). BIM-Manager Stijepan Ljubicic: «Die Baustelle wird komplett digital abgewickelt. Neben der Planung und Ausführung ist für die Bauherrschaft auch die Rückführung der As-built Daten zentral – sämtliche Arbeiten werden digital dokumentiert und letztlich in einem sog. As-built Modell an die Bauherrschaft übergeben. Diese Daten bieten viele Vorteile, etwa im Hinblick auf Qualitätsmanagement, Betrieb und Unterhalt sowie als Planungsgrundlage für Folgeprojekte.» Michael Graber, Techn.
