Zeitgewinn mit Mammut XT

In Wettingen entsteht ein Gebäude für die gewerbliche Nutzung mit fünf Stockwerken von je 3.2 bis 4.7Metern Höhe. Die ortsansässige Hächler AG nutzt die Wandschalung Mammut XT und die Betonierklappbühnen BKB von MEVA.

Für die Errichtung der geraden Wandflächen setzt das Team um Dario Scimonetti, Geschäftsführer Hoch-und Tiefbau, sowie Polier Oliver Urech 375Quadratmeter Mammut-XT-Elemente aus eigenem Bestand ein. Im Vorjahr hatte die Hächler AG die Schalung noch angemietet, war überzeugt von den Vorteilen und entschied sich für den Erwerb des Systems. Seither wird die Schalung – mit der integrierten Kombi-Ankerstelle für drei Ankermethoden in einem System – in zahlreichen Projekten eingesetzt, bei denen
einfaches, flexibles Schalen in grossen Dimensionen und sehenswerte Betonoberflächen gefragt sind.

Eine Herausforderung des Projekts in Wettingen ist der eng getaktete Zeitplan. Bereits nach sechs Monaten soll der Rohbau fertig sein. Um Zeit zu gewinnen, bot sich die einseitige Ankerung mit XT-Konusanker an. Im Handumdrehen waren die Kombi-Ankerstellen mit ihrem drehbaren Korpus entsprechend eingestellt. Nun konnten die Schalarbeiten zügig durchgeführt werden – ohne den zeitraubenden Einsatz von Flanschmuttern, Rillenrohren, Werkzeugen sowie Gerüsten auf der Stellschalungsseite.

Da die Kombi-Ankerstelle flächenbündig integriert ist, können die Schalelemente ohne vorherige Entfernung von Teilen gestapelt werden. Die Abmessungen der Elemente und die symmetrisch eingezogenen Ankerstellen ergeben ein einheitliches Ankerloch- und Fugenbild für hohe ästhetische Ansprüche auch an Sichtbeton.

24Einheiten der MEVA-Betonierklappbühne BKB sorgen beim Projekt in Wettingen für durchgängig sicheres Arbeiten. Die BKB ist schnell einsatzbereit, denn sie entfaltet sich beim Anheben, hakt sich mit selbstsichernden Profileinhängungen an der Wandschalung
ein und bietet sofort komfortable Arbeitsbedingungen auf 125Zentimeter breiten und 140 bis 300 Zentimeter langen Bühnen. In Kombination mit Mammut XT profitiert die Hächler AG von einer idealen Lösung für schnellen Baufortschritt.
