Alle Wohnungen im Gartenhochhaus Aglaya sind verkauft

Gartenhochhaus Aglaya auf dem Suurstoffi Areal in Rotkreuz.

Zug Estates hat die letzte der 85 Eigentumswohnungen im Gartenhochhaus Aglaya auf dem Suurstoffi Areal in Rotkreuz verkauft. «Mit diesem letzten unterzeichneten Kaufvertrag konnten wir unser hoch-gestecktes Ziel, alle Wohnungen bis zur Fertigstellung des Gebäudes zu verkaufen, erreichen», erklärt Tobias Achermann, CEO der Zug Estates Holding AG.

Der gestaffelte Bezug der Eigentumswohnungen im 70 Meter hohen Gebäude hat am 4. November plangemäss begonnen und wird Ende März 2020 abgeschlossen sein.

Bereits seit längerer Zeit sind die 1’800 Quadratmeter Gewerbeflächen vom 1. bis 3. Obergeschoss langfristig an den internationalen Coworking-Anbieter Spaces vermietet, der seine Räumlichkeiten am 3. Dezember offiziell eröffnen wird.

Aufgrund des Verkaufs der Eigentumswohnungen von Aglaya soll der Generalversammlung 2020 und 2021 jeweils eine zusätzliche Sonderdividende vorgeschlagen werden. Über die Höhe des Gewinnan-teils, der für diese Sonderausschüttung zur Verfügung steht, entscheidet der Verwaltungsrat im ersten Quartal 2020.

Die nächste Generalversammlung findet am 7. April 2020 im Theater Casino Zug statt.
