Das PropTech-Start-up revolutioniert den Immobilienmarkt durch absolute Transparenz. Als Grundlage dient eine selbst entwickelte Software, die es den Investoren ermöglicht, jeden Projektschritt in Echtzeit mitzuverfolgen. Was in der Immobilienbranche noch ungewohnt ist: ImmoZins investiert mit ins Projekt und ist zu 50 Prozent Miteigentümer. Ende 2019 ist die Seed-Finanzierung mit 12,5 Millionen Franken abgeschlossen worden. Die Series A-Finanzierung steht in den Startlöchern.
Gegründet wurde ImmoZins neben Louis-Philippe Müller, der mit 15 Jahren Immobilienerfahrung und über einer Milliarde entwickeltem Bauvolumen die Schnittstelle zur Branche darstellt, von Igor Brestovac und Dario Fazlic. Ersterer bringt als Wirtschaftsingenieur die technischen Kenntnisse mit ins Team. Serial Entrepreneur Dario Fazlic hingegen war bereits Mitgründer der Erfolgsplattformen DeinDeal und MOVU sowie der wefox group, welche mittlerweile das grösste InsureTech-Start-up Europas ist.
Seit der Lancierung vor knapp einem Jahr konnte ein Netzwerk von über 60 Investoren aufgebaut werden. Das Portfolio des Start-ups umfasst bereits über 20 Immobilienprojekte mit einem Gesamtvolumen von fast 300 Millionen Franken. Ende 2019 wurde die Seed-Finanzierung mit 12,5 Millionen abgeschlossen. Weiteren Übernahmen oder Ausgründungen von Start-ups steht ImmoZins offen gegenüber, sofern diese dieselben Ziele verfolgen: das grösste PropTech-Start-up der Schweiz zu werden.
