Hochwasser zählt in der Schweiz zu den grössten Naturgefahren. Gemäss einer Studie des Bundesamts für Umwelt (BAFU) liegen rund zwei Drittel aller Gebäude in potenziell gefährdeten Zonen für Oberflächenabfluss. Mit den neuen hochwasserbeständigen Türen bietet Hörmann eine verlässliche Lösung für solche Objekte.
Die Häufigkeit extremer Wetterereignisse nimmt stetig zu und verursacht beträchtliche Schäden. Damit steigen auch die Anforderungen an den baulichen Schutz von Gebäuden. Besonders in hochwassergefährdeten Regionen sind Lösungen gefragt, die über konventionelle Abdichtungen hinausgehen. Die Stahl-Objekttüren D65 OD und H3 OD sowie die Aluminium-Haustüre «ThermoSafe Hybrid» (nach aussen öffnend) sind neu auch in hochwasserbeständiger Ausführung erhältlich. Sie eignen sich optimal für Technikräume, Tiefgaragen, öffentliche Bauten, Industrieanlagen oder private Wohnhäuser in Risikozonen. Dabei bleiben bestehende Funktionen wie Brand- und Schallschutz, Wärmedämmung und Einbruchhemmung vollständig erhalten – ebenso das Erscheinungsbild.
Stahl-Objekttüren D65 OD und H3 OD
Die einflügligen Stahl-Objekttüren D65 OD und H3 OD sind als hochwasserbeständige Varianten verfügbar und lassen sich mit zusätzlichen Eigenschaften wie Einbruchhemmung oder Wärmedämmung kombinieren. Das Türblatt weist eine Dicke von 62 Millimetern auf, die Zarge ist speziell verstärkt und mit einem umlaufenden Dichtungssystem versehen. Die 1-flüglige Tür mit einer Breite von bis zu 1150 Millimetern ist bis zu einem Wasserstand von 900 Millimetern hochwasserbeständig (24 l / 24 h). Auch bestehende Türen können nachgerüstet werden.
Aluminium-Haustüre «ThermoSafe Hybrid»
Die Aluminium-Haustüre «ThermoSafe Hybrid» bietet neben Hochwasserschutz auch eine ansprechende Optik für den Wohnbereich. Sie ist in zahlreichen Designvarianten und Farben erhältlich und erfüllt höchste Anforderungen an Energieeffizienz und Sicherheit.
Die 1-flüglige Aluminium-Haustüre ist bis zu einer Breite von 1250 Millimetern bis zu einem Wasserstand von 500 Millimetern hochwasserbeständig (24 l / 24 h). Die nach aussen öffnende Tür kann ebenfalls mit einem optionalen Ausstattungspaket nachgerüstet werden.
Beide Türsysteme lassen sich optisch dezent in die Gebäudehülle integrieren und bieten dauerhaften Schutz – ganz ohne aufwendige bauliche Massnahmen. Damit ermöglichen sie Architektinnen, Planern und Bauherrschaften eine zukunftssichere Lösung für den Klimawandel – funktional, geprüft und ästhetisch überzeugend.
