Um den hohen Schweizer Strassenstandard zu erhalten, braucht es Fachleute, die sich mit sämtlichen Themen rund um Wartung und Instandsetzung der Strassen auskennen – und immer auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
Darum bietet das Bildungszentrum am Campus Sursee ein breites Angebot an unterschiedlichen, wiederkehrenden Ausbildungen für Baupoliere, Bauvorarbeiterinnen, Gruppenführer und Mitarbeitende von Unterhaltswerkhöfen an: ein umfangreiches Angebot an eintägigen Ausbildungen für die Mitarbeitenden des Strassenunterhaltsdienstes von Kantonen, Städten und Gemeinden. Ebenfalls steht die Ausbildung zum Bauvorarbeiter und zur Baupolierin Strassenunterhalt mit modernsten Unterrichtsmethoden zur Auswahl.
STETIGE WEITERBILDUNG UND AUFWERTUNG DES BERUFSTANDES
Jährlich bilden sich rund 500 Teilnehmende an den eintägigen Modulen weiter. Die Angebote werden spezifisch mit neuen Themen zu Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Führung und Technik ergänzt. Mittlerweile umfasst das Angebot 18 verschiedene Weiterbildungsthemen. Mit der gezielten Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter im Strassenunterhaltsdienst der öffentlichen Hand wird dieser Beruf aufgewertet. Die Zukunftsperspektiven der Teilnehmer wachsen, erfahrene Leistungsträger aktualisieren ihr Wissen. Junge Talente werden mit der Ausbildung zum/zur Bauvorabeiter*in und Baupolier*in Strassenunterhalt gefördert. Sie schafft die Grundlage zur kompetenten Weitergabe der benötigten Kompetenzen im Arbeitsalltag.
MIT MODERNSTER AUSBILDUNG ZUR BERUFSPRÜFUNG BAUPOLIER*IN STRASSENUNTERHALT
Die Ausbildung richtet sich an Berufsleute, welche zukünftig eine Führungsfunktion übernehmen wollen. Die Ausbildungen finden blockweise statt und gewährleisten einen optimalen Praxistransfer. Der erste Teil wird mit dem Diplom «Bauvorarbeiter*in Strassenunterhalt» abgeschlossen. Dieses Diplom ist zugleich auch die Zulassung zur Baupolierschule. Diese bereitet die Teil- nehmenden auf die Berufsprüfung Baupolier*in Strassenunterhalt mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis vor.
