Der kleine Ort Sachseln in der Schweiz liegt direkt am schönen Sarnersee knapp 30 Minuten von Luzern entfernt. In der beschaulichen Gemeinde mit circa 5 200 Einwohnern gehen die Schüler*innen mit grösster Begeisterung in die neue Grundschule mit angeschlossenem Kindergarten. Rund 17.5 Millionen Franken investierte man in den Neubau des Schulhauses Türli und Arni und setzte dabei vor allem auf ein intelligentes, nachhaltiges Lüftungssystem durch Betonkernaktivierung.
Bereits 1958 wurde das alte Schulhaus Türli in Sachseln gebaut – damals galten andere Baustandards und Ansprüche an Schulgebäude als heute. Dieser sah zwei verschiedene Gebäude vor – ein Schul- und ein Kindergartenhaus, die in unterschiedlichen Etappen gebaut werden sollten, wodurch keine Provisorien benötigt wurden. Dies bedeutet: Der Neubau des Schulhauses Türli und Arni fand bei laufendem Schulbetrieb statt – eine besondere Herausforderung, insbesondere für die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen bei der Zu- und Abfahrt der Baufahrzeuge.

Das langgestreckte, zweigeschossige Arni- Gebäude beherbergt fünf Kindergartenräume sowie zwei Schulküchen und wurde in einer zweiten Etappe nach Fertigstellung des Türli gebaut. Auf den Firstdächern ist eine Photovoltaikanlage Richtung Süden platziert. Beide Gebäude wurden in einer Mischung aus Skelett- und Massivbauweise erstellt, was eine flexible Raumnutzung ermöglicht.
Innovative Bauteilaktivierung
Bei der Planung legten die Architekten grossen Wert auf eine nachhaltige Energieversorgung in den beiden Gebäuden. Die neuesten gesetzlichen Energievorgaben wurden unter anderem durch die kompakte Bauform und die Wärmedämmung erfüllt. Zusätzlich sorgen eine Dreifachverglasung der Fenster und textile Markisen für einen Wärmeschutz im Sommer. Dass daher nicht viel geheizt werden muss, war für die Architekten ein entscheidendes Argument für das CONCRETCOOL-System.

Die kühle Aussenluft, mit einem optimalen Zuluftvolumenstrom für CONCRETCOOL von sechs bis siebeneinhalb m3 / hm2, durchströmt die Kühlrohre innerhalb der Betondecke und erwärmt sich dabei annähernd auf Deckentemperatur. Rippen in den Aluminiumrohren vervierfachen die innere Oberfläche nahezu. Dadurch wird ein Wärmeübertragungsgrad von 90 Prozent erreicht. Die benötigte Wärme wird der Decke entzogen und führt zu einer zeitgleichen Kühlung des Bauteils. Deckendralldurchlässe vom Typ GLS 230 von Kiefer Klimatechnik führen anschliessend die Zuluft in die Räume. Dadurch wird der hygienische Frischluftbedarf gedeckt und ein behagliches Raumklima geschaffen.
