Wechsel in der finanziellen Führung von Denner

Adrian Bodmer, Finanzchef (CFO) von Denner, hat sich entschieden, frühzeitig in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand zu gehen. Die finanzielle Führung des Unternehmens wird er per November 2025 an Roger Meier übergeben, der bislang als Bereichsleiter Finanzen, Controlling und IT bei der Migros-Tochter migrolino tätig war.

Als CFO von Denner blickt Adrian Bodmer auf eine 13-jährige erfolgreiche Karriere bei Denner zurück, in der er die Entwicklung des Unternehmens entscheidend mitgeprägt hat. Seit 2016 war er zudem stellvertretender CEO und übernahm zwischen Mai 2023 und Ende 2024 die Rolle des CEO ad Interim. In seiner Funktion als Finanzchef führte Adrian Bodmer ein modernes Management-Informationssystem (MIS) sowie strategische Controlling-Instrumente ein, die es Denner ermöglichten, sich noch besser im umkämpften Discount-Markt zu behaupten.

Dazu Adrian Bodmer: „Ich danke allen Mitarbeitenden und meinen Kollegen in der Geschäftsleitung für die überaus schönen 13 Jahre im Unternehmen. Der Erfolg von Denner beruht auf der optimalen Balance zwischen leidenschaftlichem Engagement, gemeinsamem Vertrauen in unsere Werte und dem unermüdlichen Einsatz aller Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Verkauf, Logistik und der Verwaltung. Ich bin stolz ein Teil der erfolgreichen Geschichte von Denner gewesen zu sein und gehe mit einem weinenden und einem lachenden Auge.“

Sein Nachfolger, Roger Meier, bringt langjährige Erfahrung aus der Migros-Gruppe mit. Seit 2011 ist er Bereichsleiter Finanzen, Controlling und IT bei migrolino, wo er mit dem Aufbau betriebswirtschaftlicher Führungsinstrumente und der Umsetzung der Digitalisierungsstrategie massgeblich zur erfolgreichen Entwicklung des Convenience-Anbieters beigetragen hat. „Ich freue mich darauf, mein Wissen und Engagement bei der Schwestergesellschaft Denner einzubringen und Teil der weiteren Erfolgsstory des Schweizer Discount Originals zu werden“, so Roger Meier.

Torsten Friedrich, CEO von Denner, würdigt die Verdienste von Adrian Bodmer und begrüsst gleichzeitig Roger Meier: „Ich danke Adrian Bodmer im Namen meiner Kollegen aus der Geschäftsleitung für seinen langjährigen und bedeutenden Beitrag zum Erfolg von Denner und wünsche ihm für seinen wohlverdienten Ruhestand das Allerbeste.
